At DORIKHAS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to resolve it quickly and fairly.

1. Eligibility for Exchange / Return

You may request an exchange in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The item received is damaged.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To start the process, please contact us with:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Exchange

  • Clear photos (if damaged/defective)

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Item must be returned in original packaging.

  • Return must be dispatched within 7 days after approval.

Courier charges for returning the item will be borne by the customer unless the error is from DORIKHAS (wrong or defective item).

4. Promotional / Sale Items

  • Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for refund.

  • Size exchanges for promotional items are allowed within 7 days, subject to availability.

5. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty product:

  • Contact us immediately.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including applicable delivery charges.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

  • Verified manufacturing defects

  • Out-of-stock items after order confirmation

  • Incorrect item shipped (if replacement unavailable)

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval via the original payment method.
