1. Eligibility for Exchange / Return
You may request an exchange in the following cases:

You received the wrong item.

The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

The item received is damaged.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.

3. Return Conditions
To qualify for exchange:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags must be attached.

Item must be returned in original packaging.

Return must be dispatched within 7 days after approval.
Courier charges for returning the item will be borne by the customer unless the error is from DORIKHAS (wrong or defective item).
4. Promotional / Sale Items

Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for refund.

Size exchanges for promotional items are allowed within 7 days, subject to availability.
5. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty product:

Contact us immediately.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including applicable delivery charges.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

Out-of-stock items after order confirmation

Incorrect item shipped (if replacement unavailable)
