At DORIKHAS, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Please review the details below regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery terms.


1. Expected Delivery Time

Within Pakistan

Orders are delivered within 7–14 working days after confirmation.

International Orders

Orders are delivered within 10–21 working days after confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related delays.


2. Delivery Charges

  • Flat shipping fee within Pakistan: PKR 250

  • Delivery charges starting from PKR 120 may apply depending on promotional offers or logistics adjustments.

  • Minimum order value for delivery: PKR 1,000
    Orders below this amount will not be processed.

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on destination, parcel size, and weight at checkout.


3. Address Modifications

Once an order has been placed (for both Cash on Delivery and prepaid orders), address modifications are not permitted.

Customers are advised to review shipping details carefully before confirming their order.


4. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday may take up to 2 working days for confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or verification delays, processing times may extend.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Our team may attempt up to 3 confirmation calls.

  • If confirmation is not received, the order may be automatically canceled.

Online Payments

  • Online payments undergo fraud screening through our payment gateway.

  • Orders flagged as failed or suspicious by the payment processor will be automatically canceled.

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email (please check spam/junk folders if necessary).


5. Courier Partners

Within Pakistan

DORIKHAS works with reliable courier services such as:
TCS, Leopards, M&P, BlueEx, Call Courier, Swyft, WithRider, MoveX (or other regionally optimized partners).

International Shipping

We use trusted global carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and SkyNet.

Orders are allocated to courier partners based on service efficiency and delivery coverage to ensure optimal handling.


6. Shipping & Custom Duties (International)

For international orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Volumetric weight charges may apply depending on parcel size.

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.


7. Order Cancellation & Modification

Orders may be canceled or modified before they enter the processing stage.

DORIKHAS reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing errors

  • Technical system errors

  • Payment declined by financial institution

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Excessive return history

  • Non-serviceable delivery area


8. Authenticity Guarantee

DORIKHAS is not responsible for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or social media pages.

To ensure authenticity and quality, customers are advised to purchase only through:

  • Authorized DORIKHAS channels

We strongly discourage purchases from unofficial third-party platforms.
